About the owner
As a Fitness Professional within the community over the last 20 years, I came to realize that in order for people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, embrace fitness thru exercise and make lifelong habit changes; it needed to be so much more than just attending a workout session or going onto a gym.
I knew I had to build a community and culture that my clients/ members would remember and would want to keep coming back to. I created this with private clients, as well as various group fitness sessions i coached. I then became lead coach and manager for a facility in 2016.
With the opportunity in 2024 to by this facility, it was the perfect opportunity for me to put together all my coaching and personal training skills and love for fitness under one roof… Re branded as Fit Fam.
My goal as owner, as well as my hand-picked coaching staff, are to not just help you reach your goals, but rather help you feel a part of a group and a family that all want to become better versions of ourselves. This type of energy and experience can only be found at Fit Fam Corona!
